Terje has more than 40 years of experience from business development and active ownership through the Mosvold / Venturos group in Norway, USA, Hong Kong and London, especially in technology companies and international shipping. This includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Norsk Data, Hafslund Nycomed and Kloster Cruise (Norwegian Cruise Line) over many years, also when the companies obtained listing in the New York markets.

Smiljana Divjak  is responsible for the company’s Finance and Accounting function, overseeing treasury, tax, legal, accounting, business intelligence and HR.

Divjak has a bachelor's degree in economics and administration from the University of Agder, in addition to several development programs, from UIA and BI. She has extensive experience in financial management, business development, project management and credit and risk assessment.

Torhild Nilsen, accounting and administration manager. Torhild has extensive experience with internal accounting for companies in several industries, payroll and administrative tasks. In recent years, she has kept accounts and salaries for several customers. Torhild also has an education in marketing.

Stian has a bachelor in Biology and a masters in Coastal Ecology, both from the University of Agder. 

He is now working on his PhD at Ecofishcircle in collaboration with The Research Council of Norway/University of Agder.

In his PhD project, he will investigate the possibilities of using the nutrient-rich wastewater from salmon farming in cultivation of microalgae.

In addition to purifying the water before it is released into the recipient, the algae also have a great potential as a fish feed additive.

Dragvik has extensive experience from large industrial groups such as Norske Skog and Norsk Hydro, where he has held leading positions at group level with international experience from the USA, Europe and Asia. In addition, he has experience from listing of SpecTec AS, which in turn formed the basis for the establishment of Visma ASA.

Dragvik has board experience from Elkem Materials AS, Pan Asia Paper Co. Ltd. and listed Catalyst Paper Ltd. Dragvik has a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from the Norwegian Business Academy BI.

Daniel's professional background is from management consulting at BearingPoint, leading operational improvement and technology projects for large food manufacturers and fish producers in Norway.

He holds a master's degree in energy and process engineering from NTNU. He wrote his thesis on large scale hydrogen production in cooperation with SINTEF. He also holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, focusing on finance, sustainability and entrepreneurship.

Benedicte joined Ecofishcircle in August 2022. She has a bachelor in biotechnology from the University of Stavanger, and more than 8 years of experiance from the aquaculture industry, including roles as lumpfish broodstock manager for Norsk Oppdrettservice and facility manager for Mowi hatchery in Flekkefjord. 

Benedicte has been involved in the planning and coordination of several aquaculture projects in recent years.

Dr. A. Bergheim is a former senior researcher in the Dept. of Marine Environment at IRIS – International Research Institute of Stavanger (NORCE since 2018). Prior to the present position, he worked at NINA – Norwegian Institute for Nature Research for ten years. He has also been engaged with private Norwegian consultancy company. Dr. Bergheim has been engaged by Institute of Aquaculture, Univ. of Stirling as visiting researcher. He is former President of AES – Aquacultural Engineering Society and been a member of the editorial board of Aquacultural Engineering since 1996 and of Aquaculture Research (since 2007). Dr. Bergheim holds a Dr. scient from The Norwegian University of Life Science.
